3.14. Oil pump

3.14.1. Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Remove a gear belt and the bottom single pulley.
3. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft.
4. Unscrew bolts and lift the receiver a maslopriyemnik with the mesh filter.
5. Remove the generator.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner and move the compressor aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
7. Unscrew bolts and remove an arm of the compressor of the conditioner. 8. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the amplifier of a steering and move it aside from the oil pump.
9. Remove the bottom single pulley of a gear belt.
10. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pump from the engine.
11. Remove sealing laying of round section. Consistently remove a lock ring of a safety valve, a clamp, a spring and the valve.

12. Unscrew 8 screws and uncover the oil pump.
13. Uncover the oil pump and take pump rotors.
14. Clear interfaced surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders of the engine.
