13.3. Forward stabilizer of cross-section stability

13.3.1. Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Unscrew on three bolts and remove protection of the right and left forward wings.
3. Unscrew drafts of the stabilizer from the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket.
4. Unscrew drafts of the stabilizer from the stabilizer of cross-section stability. 5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the clips, fixing the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the bottom frame.
6. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of steering transfer.
8. Remove steering transfer and take the stabilizer of cross-section stability from under the left wing.
9. Check the stabilizer on lack of wear and mechanical damages. Special attention give to a condition of plugs of installation of the stabilizer.

10. Check a condition of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer. For check of a condition of the spherical hinge establish draft of the stabilizer in a vice, screw on a pin of the spherical hinge a nut and, using a dinamometrichesky key, turn 4 times a pin of the spherical hinge and, turning the 5th time a pin of the spherical hinge, define a torque which is necessary for putting for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge. The torque size for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge should make from 0,5 to 10 Nanometers. Otherwise replace draft of the stabilizer.
